Clayton and I had a fun weekend but one that was not conducive to dieting. First, we went out to dinner for Valentine's Day. Then, my brother's girlfriend got baptized and we had two family parties (complete with treats) to celebrate. Lastly, it was my brother's birthday which all the family went out to dinner for. With all of that happening, I am actually surprised that we both didn't gain more weight than we did. So hopefully we can get back on track this week. Our new exercise bike is arriving today so that should help. That way I can still work out at home when I don't have a chance to go to the gym. I can also do homework while working out.

My invite to post on the blog has run out! Although Robb and I did manage to loose wieght this week we ate out too much and enjoyed too much ice cream and other good foods. I lost my wieght last tuesday and did not drop another pound since. We are dedicated to getting back on track and not snacking so much. I am so frustrated with myself! I was loosing four pounds a week and now it is two. It happens at the beginning of the week and then when nothing changes I get frustrated and eat everything that looks good. Good thing this goal is for a life change, so that we can all get back on track and change habits.
ReplyDeleteThe bike looks awesome. We are using our hand me down bike that someone wanted to throw out and our very noisy eliptical...but hey they do the job.
