Weekends and Stress, the way to weight gain.

I did loss weight this last week, but not much: .6 pounds.

It hasn't been easy to eat better. First stress, we are having some problems in are garage, don't really want to get into it, but it's not good. (let's just say - water damage). 2nd - work - it's stressful, can't really talk about it, but not fun.

So... stress ... it's not that I nessicarily eat more when I'm stressed but I care less when I'm stressed. Care less about most things, so I might spend a little more money, I might eat a little more, I will do less work, and I will probably sleep less. All the way around it's not good.

With that being said, I am still trying to drink more water, and tomorrow will have to be a new start when it comes to eating better.

Eatting worse started this weekend, we had a Halloween party Saturday with a bunch of goodies, then I ate too much at Sunday dinner. Monday was not that bad, today however I was not good.

Had breakfast (McDs), then a bagel with spread, then a mini Bundt cake thanks to Nothing Bundt Cake bringing some samples into our office, followed by work bring us in lunch from Zupas, which was tasty but bigger than a lunch I would normally eat. So again ... tomorrow.

Food, boy do I love it!

2012 is almost over and nothing ever changes. It's frustrating, I find that I hate myself, I hate my clothes and I hate that I can't seem to do anything about it.

I currently wieght 238, and find that my x-large button up shirts are getting tight, so I am hoping this will help kick me in gear.

Where am I going to start?

 First, I am going to go back to drink more water everyday. At home I only drink water, to the point that I don't think my wife even knows that I really do have a problem with soda. I drink almost no water at work. At work I have a 32 oz cup, my new goal is to fill it twice, once before lunch and once after.

 2nd, at work we stock the break room with snack and goodies and everything else I should not be eating, so my 2nd step is I am only going to eat lunch at work. No more snacking just to snack. That's where I am going start.


 Things I need to work on (future steps).

 - More Sleep
 - Going to the GYM
