Food, boy do I love it!

2012 is almost over and nothing ever changes. It's frustrating, I find that I hate myself, I hate my clothes and I hate that I can't seem to do anything about it.

I currently wieght 238, and find that my x-large button up shirts are getting tight, so I am hoping this will help kick me in gear.

Where am I going to start?

 First, I am going to go back to drink more water everyday. At home I only drink water, to the point that I don't think my wife even knows that I really do have a problem with soda. I drink almost no water at work. At work I have a 32 oz cup, my new goal is to fill it twice, once before lunch and once after.

 2nd, at work we stock the break room with snack and goodies and everything else I should not be eating, so my 2nd step is I am only going to eat lunch at work. No more snacking just to snack. That's where I am going start.


 Things I need to work on (future steps).

 - More Sleep
 - Going to the GYM
